Origin and Vista are the smallest home designs in our range. Compare their layouts as a starting point for a granny flat enquiry, then review your site, intended use and approval requirements with the project team.
A compact floor plan alone does not establish that a building is suitable for your property. Share the site address, available space and access information before selecting the final design and supply scope.
Studio or a separate bedroom?
Origin has 14.77 m² of internal floor area in a 6.05 x 2.44 m module. Living, dining and the kitchen share one room, with a separate bathroom and integrated laundry. It is the option to compare when a single open living and sleeping space suits the brief.
Vista uses a 20.90 m² single-module layout with a separate bedroom, a full kitchen and a combined bathroom and laundry. Compare the floor plan with your furniture and storage requirements, as well as the amount of privacy needed between sleeping and shared living.
For more space, Haven and Retreat offer one-bedroom layouts of 29.6 and 29.72 m². The full home range extends to four bedrooms.
What to include in the enquiry.
- The property address and intended use of the building.
- The preferred plan, room requirements and available placement area.
- Access information for transport and crane placement.
- Your required timing and any existing site or project documentation.
Confirm who supplies foundations, site connections, transport, installation and any decks in the written scope. Facade images show design options; finishes, landscaping and outdoor areas need to be agreed for the project. Pricing and timing are provided during enquiry.
