Factory manufacture combines framing, fit-out and services before dispatch. The project still needs a coordinated delivery and installation scope: transport dimensions, crane access, foundations and final connections. Identify who is responsible for each part in the written quote.
Send the site address, intended use, number of occupants, room schedule and required timing. For repeated rooms, include the quantity and finishes schedule. For a temporary building, explain how long the site needs it and whether it will be moved later.

Where are your modular buildings made?
Every module is built in our factory at 110 Ashford Avenue, Milperra NSW 2214 in Sydney, and delivered to sites across NSW. Bathroom pods are delivered Australia wide.
Do you publish prices for modular buildings?
No. Prices are not published. Every project is quoted in writing after the layout, quantities, finishes, services and site access are reviewed.
What should I include in the project brief?
