Single-module dwellings for social housing, seniors housing and infill sites. The bathroom, kitchen and laundry are built as pods and fitted inside the module in the factory. Floor areas are developed to suit the dwelling mix and site.
Suited to housing providers who need many similar dwellings delivered on a fixed program.

Prefab three bedroom house assembled from multiple modules
02 / House type
Family homes made from two or more modules joined on site. Roof, cladding and internal finishes are completed as far as transport allows. Site work is limited to footings, services, joining and final trim.
Suited to government and community housing programs in regional and remote NSW.

Self-contained secondary dwellings for existing residential lots. Planning approval depends on the site and local council rules. Prefab Concepts supplies the dwelling; approvals are handled by the client or their certifier unless agreed otherwise.
Suited to builders and developers adding density to existing housing stock.

Accommodation units for mining, energy and infrastructure projects. Built for road transport, crane placement and connection to camp services. Site-specific engineering and exposure requirements are assessed during design.
