What goes into a prefab home.

What we build, and who for

We manufacture single and multi-module dwellings in Milperra, Sydney. The range covers studios, one and two-bedroom layouts and larger three and four-bedroom homes for housing providers, developers, builders and remote accommodation projects.

Sizes you can compare

The current base plans run from 14.77 m² to 126.18 m². One-bedroom designs range from 20.90 to 29.72 m²; two-bedroom designs are 42.1 and 59.4 m². Horizon provides three bedrooms in 84.12 m² and Cedar provides four in 126.18 m². Open each design for its layout and module configuration.

Fit-out and supply scope

The floor plans show the bedrooms, living areas, kitchen and bathroom arrangement. Kitchen and wet-area modules are manufactured in the same factory. The level of factory completion is agreed for each project, including structural work, cladding, internal finishes and services.

Confirm cabinetry, appliances, fixtures and finishes in the written scope. Transport, crane placement, footings, site service connections, decks and landscaping also need to be identified in the quotation; a facade render is not an inclusions schedule.

Delivery and site requirements

We review delivery to Sydney, regional and remote NSW sites. Interstate projects can be assessed during the initial brief. Send the site address, access information, intended use, quantities and timing so transport dimensions, crane access, foundations and service connections can be coordinated. Planning and site-specific engineering requirements are confirmed for the location.

Pricing, inclusions and timing

What to compare in your quote.

Each project is quoted against its design, quantity, fit-out and site requirements. Compare factory supply and site costs separately. Ask the written quotation to identify the inclusions, exclusions and responsible party for each item below.

Factory supply
Layout, module quantities, structural work, cladding, fixtures and level of fit-out.
Design and engineering
Project-specific drawings, engineering and approval responsibilities.
Transport and lifting
Delivery location, access, transport route, crane placement and lifting arrangements.
Site preparation
Foundations, site access and readiness before the modules arrive.
Installation and connections
Module placement, joining where needed, power, water and waste connections.
Finishing and external works
Any remaining finishes, decks, access ramps, landscaping and handover scope.

How is the programme set?

Allow for design and scope confirmation, approvals and engineering, procurement, manufacture and inspections, then delivery and installation. Site preparation and service connections need to be coordinated with the factory programme. Dates are confirmed for your project after reviewing capacity, materials and site readiness.

What should you send?

Send the site address, intended use, preferred layout, quantity, access information and target delivery date. Drawings and a finish schedule help define the scope. If the brief is still developing, share what you have so the remaining decisions can be identified.
