01 / Method

The building, made before the site.

Prefabrication is not a shortcut. It is a re-ordering of where the work happens, and what kind of work it is. The result is a project that arrives more finished, more certain, and less exposed to the variables of an open site.

  1. I

    Engineered wall systems

Structural panels are designed, cut and assembled in a controlled factory environment, straight, square and to tolerance every time.

  2. II

    Factory-finished wet areas

Bathrooms and laundries leave the line fully tiled, plumbed and waterproofed as one tested unit, eliminating the most error-prone trade interface on site.

  3. III

    Integrated MEP

Mechanical, electrical and plumbing services are routed and pre-terminated within the panel system, so site work becomes connection rather than installation.

  4. IV

    Manufactured quality

Each module is built under cover, inspected against a fixed quality plan, and signed off before it ever leaves the facility.

  5. V

    Faster install on site

Once foundations and services are ready, panels and pods are craned and joined, the building closes up in a sequence measured in days of disruption, not weeks of trades.

02 / Applications

Built for the
serious end of the market.

Prefab Concepts is positioned for procurement-led buyers, projects where program certainty, defect risk and delivery in difficult locations carry as much weight as the unit rate.

  • 01

    Developers

Multi-residential, townhouse and build-to-rent programs where repeatable typologies meet program risk on every job.

  • 02

    Government housing

Procurement-grade delivery for state housing authorities and community housing providers under pressure to scale.

  • 03

    Mining & remote camps

Accommodation, ablutions and amenities for resource projects, built for transport, harsh climates and rapid mobilisation.

  • 04

    Social & affordable housing

Long-life, low-maintenance dwellings for not-for-profit and Aboriginal housing providers in regional and remote communities.

  • 05

    Education

Classroom, learning hub and student amenity buildings delivered between terms with minimal disturbance to active campuses.

  • 06

    Healthcare

Clinical-grade modules for primary care, allied health and step-down facilities, engineered to the standards the sector demands.

03 / Pods

Pods, off the line and into place.

A rolling look at completed modules: bathrooms, kitchens and service cores leaving the factory fully finished, ready to be lifted, set and connected.

04 / Assurance

Quality, signed off before it leaves the line.

Every module is built against an in-house Inspection & Test Plan, authored, executed and signed off by our own QA team. Each hold point is checked, photographed and recorded before the next stage of work begins; nothing leaves the factory without a completed ITP against it.

06 / FAQ

Common
questions.

What does Prefab Concepts supply?

Prefab Concepts is focused on prefabricated building systems for serious projects, including wall systems, wet areas, amenities and integrated building modules.

Who are these systems for?

The offer is built for developers, government housing programs, education, healthcare, mining, remote camps and institutional projects that need repeatable delivery.

Can you price a project from early drawings?

Yes. Early drawings, yield studies, schedules and site constraints are enough to start a conversation. Final pricing depends on scope, engineering, procurement and delivery requirements.

Do you work outside New South Wales?

Yes. Projects can be reviewed across Australia, with transport, site access and installation constraints assessed during the early brief.

Are the modules fully finished?

The level of finish depends on the project brief. Modules can be delivered with different levels of structural, services and finish completion depending on the build strategy.
